These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Kitchen AI. By using Kitchen AI, you agree to these Terms.
Kitchen AI is operated by KITCHEN AI SYSTEMS LTD, company number 16659507, registered at 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Kitchen AI provides food planning, kitchen inventory support, meal suggestions, shopping basket support, food waste reduction features, estimated savings, AI generated responses, voice based responses, points, streaks and beta subscription discount tiers.
Kitchen AI is a beta testing product and some features may change, be unavailable, work differently than expected or be removed during testing.
Kitchen AI may provide food ideas, meal suggestions, shopping support, approximate calorie information and AI generated responses. These are provided for general information and convenience only.
Kitchen AI does not provide medical advice, professional nutrition advice, professional dietary advice, allergy advice, diagnosis, treatment advice or guaranteed health outcomes. Users remain responsible for checking all food, ingredients, allergens, labels and suitability before buying, preparing or eating any food.
Kitchen AI may allow users to select dietary preferences and meal and nutrition preferences. These settings may influence meal suggestions and scores where possible. Kitchen AI cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be suitable for every preference, dietary need or personal circumstance.
Calories shown in Kitchen AI are approximate and for general reference only. Estimated savings are based on food waste reduction or app usage assumptions and are not guaranteed financial savings or financial advice.
Kitchen AI may offer a beta points, streak and discount tier system. This is designed to encourage testing, feedback and regular use of the app. The detailed rules are set out in the Beta Points and Subscription Discount Terms.
Points, streaks and discount tiers have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets or other cash equivalent rewards.
Discount tiers may apply to a future annual Kitchen AI subscription where available. Future subscription availability, pricing, discount application and payment method will be subject to the subscription terms, technical availability and applicable Google Play or Apple rules at the relevant time.
Connected device and camera features such as Hub, Fridge Camera and Cupboard Camera may appear as coming soon. These features are not currently active. Future features may require updated terms, privacy wording or permissions before they are made available.
Kitchen AI may update, suspend, remove or change features during beta testing. We may correct errors, adjust point values, change tier thresholds, pause the points system or remove features where needed for technical, legal, security or operational reasons.
We may restrict access, remove points, correct tier status or exclude users from discount eligibility where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, duplicate account creation, bot activity, artificial activity, false feedback, technical manipulation or breach of these Terms.
Kitchen AI is provided for testing and general household food planning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate meal suggestions, approximate calories, estimated savings, AI generated outputs, food choices, user entered data, third party services, app downtime or beta feature changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
