These Beta Points and Subscription Discount Terms explain how Kitchen AI points, streaks and beta discount tiers work during testing.

4.1 No cash prizes

Kitchen AI beta rewards are currently based on points and possible percentage discounts on a future annual subscription. Kitchen AI does not currently offer cash prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, NFTs or transferable digital assets through this beta points system.

4.2 How points are earned

4.3 Point balances and resets

Point type	How it works
Total points	Cumulative and do not currently expire.
Daily points	Reset every day based on the calendar date.
Weekly points	Used to determine discount tier. Calculated on a rolling seven day window and reset automatically if more than seven days have passed since the last weekly reset.

4.4 Discount tiers

Gold	60 plus points	20 percent off
Silver	35 to 59 points	10 percent off
Bronze	15 to 34 points	5 percent off
Starter	0 to 14 points	0 percent

4.5 Streak multiplier

Kitchen AI may use a streak counter to encourage daily engagement. A user's current streak may act as a multiplier for selected high value actions, such as ingredient intent signals. Consistent daily use may help users reach weekly tier goals faster.

Streaks may reset if the required activity is not completed within the relevant period. Kitchen AI may correct, remove or adjust streaks where there is a technical error, misuse, duplicate account activity or artificial activity.

4.6 Discount conditions

Discounts are intended to apply to a future annual Kitchen AI subscription where available.
Discounts are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
Discounts cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
Discounts may be subject to future subscription availability, final pricing, app store rules and technical availability.
Kitchen AI may change, pause or withdraw the beta points system where needed during testing.

4.7 Fair use and misuse

Kitchen AI may remove points, correct tier status, restrict access or exclude users from discounts where it reasonably believes there has been misuse, duplicate account creation, artificial activity, bot activity, false feedback, technical manipulation or attempts to exploit the points system.

4.8 Errors and corrections

If points, streaks or tiers are calculated incorrectly because of a technical error, Kitchen AI may correct the affected balance or tier. Users can contact hello@kitchenai.co.ukif they believe their points or tier are incorrect.
